HOW TO BE A CHRISTIAN

"

JESUS CHIRST LOVES YOU

For God so loved the world that He gave His only

begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not

perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16

THE BIBLE SAYS THAT SIN SEPARATES US FROM GOD

As it is written:“There is none righteous, no, not one; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 3:10; 3:23

THE BIBLE TELLS US OF GOD'S REMEDY FOR OUR SINS

For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

(John 14:6).

THE BIBLE SAYS YOU CAN BE SAVED

Jesus said "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me." (Revelation 3:20)

For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13).

That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9).

THE BIBLE SAYS THAT YOU ARE SAVED BY FAITH AND NOT BY WORKS (Efesians 2:8, 9)

How to respond to this message?

THE BIBLE SAYS THAT GOD LOVES YOU AND HE OFFERS YOU ETERNAL LIFE

• Confess to God you that you are a sinner.

• Repent of your sins.

DO YOU WISH TO REPENT?

Dear friend, if you wish to repent, confess, and believe in heart, I invite you to have this prayer (this is just a model & you could say it in your own words)

Heavenly Father, I acknowledge that I am a sinner, and I ask of You to forgive me for my sins and disobedience. Thank you for your Son Jesus Christ and what he did for me. I accept His sacrifice on the cross and the blood he shed to save me. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

It is our pleasure and desire to invite you to our church so we can help guide your spiritual growth in your life.

We Hope To See You Soon!

The Bible Says... "He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God." (1 John 5:12-13).

WALKING WITH GOD

This is the beginning of a wonderful new life in Christ.

To deepen this relationship you should:

1. Read your Bible everyday to know Christ better.

2. Converse with God each day through prayer.

3. Allow the Holy Spirit to control you.

4. Talk of Christ to others.

5. Demonstrate your new life with your love and concern for others.

6. Look for one or two other believers with whom you can pray and speak regularly on their successes and failures.

7. Worship God and serve with other Christians in a church where they preach of Christ.

Is Important Being Member Of The Local Church?

It is very important to belong to a local church and be a part of the church of Christ, which is his body. Christ gave His life for the church, he loves and cherishes it. So the believer must love what He loves. The church provides an ideal environment to learn and grow spiritually through teaching, preaching, praise, and fellowship. It receives support, motivation, encouragement, friendship, etc ... it is also an ideal environment for not only receiving but giving and practicing how to love and serve others. In addition, a church united in worshiping and serving God is how us Christians can achieve The Great commission for which we were called.

With reason the Word of God says “not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.”

(Hebrews 10:25).
